A Warm Invitation to Church

My wife Jay did not like the tone of that statement and asked me to stop saying it. Tone aside, however, I mean it. Patrisse Cullors, a founder of Black Lives Matter made it clear in an interview that she and Alicia Garza, another founder of the movement, are trained Marxists. Who was Karl Marx? What exactly is Marxism? Are Communism and Marxism the same thing? What does modern day cultural Marxism look like when compared to classical Marxism? Alex and DW join us in this episode of the Removing Barriers podcast as we explore answers to all these questions and more.

We also discussed whether Marxism is biblical, and if it can work perfectly in a sin-torn world. We end the the episode with a comparison between Marx's teaching and that of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ — a clear presentation of the gospel was given.
